Today is the 1st day of February 2008. The month that you've been waiting for... Yup, I can see you smiling ... so Chinese New Year is here again.. Yippie.. that would mean another prosperous year for all of us, $$$ for most of us....don't forget to share your red packet $$ with me :)

I helped to clear the table and prepared Chinese New Year goodies for the guests and we put up some decorations.I made some decorations at home and brought it to school.I like the decorations on the outside of the classroom the most.I will deposit the red packet money into the bank.

I helped my parents to put up decorations and went to chinatown with them to get some decorations and goodies for the guest.I made some Chinese New Year decorations at home and brought it to school. I like the decorations outside the classroom the most.The red packets money I have now is $200++.I hope I can get more money this year.I will deposit my red packets money into the bank.

I have done for myself is to prepare a chinese new year celebrations and reunion dinner.
My family had done 2 firecrackers hanging below the speakers and a chinese word pasted on the wall that brings good luck.
I brought fishes for the chinese new year decorating contest. I liked the west side if you see from the whiteboard there because got happy chinese new year using redpackets.I enjoyed taking part of the decorating contest.
Now I have about $3000 when rounded off to the nearest thousand.BUT my reunion dinner is not over yet because i have 1 more reunion dinnier on 17th February o8.

Mrs Sue I have done a great job for preparing the decoration in school and at home.I love decorating the palces like school to win the class decoration contest and at home.Even though I did not help much at home but I am still very happy that I did a very good job decorating at school.I only help to decorate the plants at home because there is no one coming to my house for celabrating Chinese New Year.I like the part outside the classroom because I decorate it and it is very nice.I also enjoy taking part of the contest I wish that there is another contest.I will open the red packet on the 15.15 is a kind of date where people open their red packets.I will save my money in the bank and maybe a few $$$$ to the needy.

I started the month by helping my mother sweep and mop the floor. It was really tiring for me as there are four floors! But at least my older brother helped me out.My family does not ever make any decorations to the house, not even what I made! So I brought all my decorations to school.
In school, I helped out with decorations out side.I sticked my favourite designed red packet on the outside part of the door.I also helped out on many other things.I like the outside best. The lion head makes it the best.
I earned $304 during CNY. The person who gave the most money is my Grandfather. Every year he would give us $50! $$$.My mother will put the money into my bank account. When I grow up, I will use the money to buy the things that I need.I hope we can approve on the class decoration and they can approve on the red packets!!! (:

During the Reunion Dinner, my cousins, Uncle and Aunt came to my house to have Dinner. My Grandmother cooked Spicy Curry! Yummy! The next day, I went to my Granny's. I had alot alot of fun! My cousins (5 of us big girls) played like Mad! We played cooking and watch the Television. We even played with my mother cousins which were around our age. I Like my cousins alot! The 2nd day of Chinese New Year, I went to my Father's Uncle's house. It was crowded like people. Of course i see my relatives that came to my house for Reunion Dinner. The next stop , I ate Dinner then went to my 2nd Aunt's house. It was a Big Bungalow and it was fun too! Last but not least we went to my Big cousin's house. I looked at her played the computer. On the day of the reunion Dinner, I think you saw the Performance of Chinese Dance? Let me brief you my Experience. It was terrible! I was trembling on backstage. When I came out, all I heard was Andersonians laughing. My face fell. How embarassing isnt it?

I helped my mother to clean the cupboards and went to the market with her to buy vegetables for cooking and went to mama shop to buy drinks.
My family helped to buy goodies, cleaned the windows, swept the floor and mop the floor.
I helped to cut the hogbaos into smaller pieces and used it to make the word happy new year.I like the corridor most. I enjoyed decorating the class.
My aunts, uncles and cousins also went to my house. Thay also gave me hogbaos. My cousin's daughter Kai Li also played with me. My cousin also broght me to West Coast Park to have fun I played alot of playgrounds there.I will save the money in my bank.

On the Thursday, 7th February, I went to Malaysia to visit my relatives. I was glad that I can reach there early so that I can watch the Lion Dance performance. My uncle called the Lion Dance Company to come to our house to perform. It came up so close to me. My uncles in Malaysia are so brave that they set up fire crackers. It was so loud! I quickly ran into the house. Not long later, the dance end.
Now, enough for the Lion Dance, let me talk about my family. I have many reletives in Malaysia. There are many reletives in Malaysia. Of course the is my Granfater and my Grandmother. In this family, I have the eldest uncle, my eldest auntie, and the youngest uncle. Amazingly, I have a second Grandmother and still the same Grandfater. In that family, I have my Second Uncle and the youngest aunt. I also have many babies in my family. Guess how many are they? There are 6 babies! Mostly all of them do really like me alot. One of them like me the best and always come looking for me. That one who keeps coming after me, is a young baby boy. Twice, he came pinching me... So when I came back to Singapore, I have 2 bruces on my hand. That baby boy also likes sticking out his toungue, trying to lick me. I tried to get away at that time. That was a relieve. On Friday, I came back to Singapore.
On Sunday, I went to Sentosa Flowers. It was very beautiful there. And also a very long walk... Not so long when school re-opens again... I really have a really great time in school today.

I helped my father set up the chairs and tables for the Chinese New Year Party.I was very happy ant the party because I get to play Halo 2 and Halo 3 with my friends. I had alot of fun.

I helped my mother to decorate the living room.All the decorate was red.When i visit my aunt, after greeting them i will ask them to donate.My mother buy for me a pair new bright-orange shoes and new clothes.I loved Chinese New Year because I can get hongbaos.I have $90 but my mother said that need to bank in $70.

Hi Mrs Surzanah, I a great time during Chinese New Year. On the first day, I went to my uncle’s house to celebrate Chinese New Year. All my cousins, uncles and aunts were there. It was very crowded. My brother and I got many Hong baos $$$. We had our Reunion Dinner. The food were very delicious. There are Curry chickens, Pork chops, Fish balls, Chicken wings and many more. Some of them played games while others watched television. On the second day, my parents brought my brother and I to watch a movie. It is called (CJ7). It was a nice show. I like it very much and to my surprice, the movie was only NINETY MINUTES. After that, we went home to barbecue. We ate many things. On the third day, we went to my mother’s friend’s house. The house was BIG and it is a private house. There are three levels inside. The owner also had a dog. I was cute but playful. My friends and I brought the dog out for a walk. I love Chinese New Year.

Hi Everyone, I had a wonderful time this new year resting at home. We started off by cleaning the house. It was very tiring because my brother and I had to clean the windows, keep everything on every table of the house, and of course, help to cook some dishes. On the eve of the new year we had to wrap 'hongbaos' for my mother and grandmother. Then, in the evening, we went for the reunion dinner. We ate so many dishes that i could not sleep that night. The next day, we went to our grandauntie's house. I collected many 'hongbaos'. I only went to this house for Chinese N-
ew Year little hongbaos :( We watched so many movies that I thought that my eyes were about to pop out. Now, since Chinese is over, the house is very messy. I had a very good time this Chinese New Year.(By the way, my grandauntie's house was the only house I went to this CNY)

I'm sorry, I made a mistake.I earned $314. On Sunday, my mother's cousin, which is my aunt,came back from Hong Kong. We did not get a chance to meet her until now. She gave us ten dollars more. Now I have $314.

Miss suzanah, i had a great time during chinese new year.my family and i have done a some of preparations.one is the curtain,we change the curtains and decorations are all around the house.
in class,i have help them to paste the hongbaos.i love the outside locker decorations because it is very cute and unique.one day my fahter's sister in-law invited us to her house to eat.when we reached there,it was very crowded. a lot of adult give me hongbaos.it was time to go home. when we reached we quickly opened up the all hongbaos .i have $270 in total. my mother deposit the money in to the bank and now my bankbook has a lot of money now!!!!

Hi Miss suzanah, I was at Malasia almost the whole time (guess how long we tooktoget there). Mainly I was in seramban ( If your awnser is four boring hours you mightget a prize.) I also went to KL to visit my grandaunt. When i saw my grandparents they gave me a $1000 cheuqe like every year. Even if CNY is over' I still have a party for CNY to attend, which oviously means( no prizes this time) yes ,more $$$ to collect.

I spent the Chinese New Year holidays mostly at parties. It wsas so fun! On Thursday,Friday and Saturday I either went to a birthday party or a bbq party! I wonder if Igained a few kg from eating at ALL PARTIES!!

Hi Miss Suzanah, I am very happy and exciting when the Chinese New Year is arriving but now is over as i has no more relatives to
visit already!:) But i got asked my relatives for the air-con raising funds. But only one of my relatives donated $10.:) But i raised almost $30+++. This year i got about $400++ for the Chinese New Year.> I deposited all of the money to the bank. Now my bank have about $4000++. I am saving it because i want to buy a bicycle and many things else.
During the reunion dinner, i usually have five peoples but now i only have four peoples because my grandfather had passed away. My reunion dinner is still not finish yet as i still have one more on 17th February 2008!! Same as Darren!!
One more thing i want to tell you, i gambled.
On 7th February 2008, i went to my grandmother's house for Chinese New Year. When my father, my uncle and my father's friends, two of them, played mahjong. About 8.30 p.m., they all stop playing mahjong and my friends, three of them, and I play mahjong!!<_>
Well, tat is enough as i still have somemore to tell but maybe next time!!O_O
